What to Expect on Your First Visit

If you’ve never been in before, don’t worry about needing to know exactly what you want — most first-time customers just tell us roughly what they’re after (switching from smoking, upgrading an old kit, trying new flavours) and we take it from there. As with online orders, everything in the shop is for adults 18 and over only, so please bring valid photo ID if you look under 25 — the same Challenge 25 standard we apply to deliveries.
