What to Include

To help us answer quickly, it’s worth including your order number (if you have one), the product name, and a short description of what’s gone wrong or what you’d like to know. If it’s a delivery or damage query, a photo attached to the email usually saves a back-and-forth. Most people contact us about order status, product recommendations, or returns — all of which we can usually sort in a single reply.

Response Times

We aim to reply to emails within one working day, often sooner. If your question is urgent — for example, a Click & Collect order you need same-day — mention that clearly in the subject line and we’ll prioritise it. Weekend emails are answered the next working day rather than over the weekend itself.
