Click & Collect

Order online, skip delivery, and pick up in-store at our Airdrie shop.

Click and Collect: How It Works

Click and collect lets you order online and skip waiting in for a courier — you shop the full site as normal, then pick your order up in person once it’s ready. It’s a popular option for anyone local to Airdrie who wants same-day or next-day access without paying for delivery.

  1. Shop online as normal and choose Click & Collect at checkout instead of delivery.
  2. We’ll get your order ready and let you know once it’s waiting for you.
  3. Pop into the shop at 48-50 Graham Street, Airdrie, ML6 6BU to collect.

How Long Does Click and Collect Take?

Most click and collect orders placed before 3pm are ready for collection the same day; anything placed later is usually ready the following morning. We’ll send you an email or text as soon as your order is packed and waiting behind the counter, so there’s no need to guess or call ahead.

Age Verification Still Applies

As with all our products, click and collect orders are for adults aged 18 and over only. You’ll need to bring valid photo ID to collect your order in-store — the same Challenge 25 standard used by UK tobacco and vape retailers nationwide applies at the counter, not just on courier deliveries.
