Age Restriction

All products sold on this site are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Age verification checks are carried out at checkout and on delivery. See our Age Restriction Notice for full details.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example if a listing has an obvious pricing error, if stock runs out before your order is confirmed, or if we’re unable to verify your age. If we cancel an order, you’ll be refunded in full and notified by email. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable; delivery charges, if any, are shown separately at checkout before you confirm payment.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery timescales given at checkout are estimates rather than guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you once a delivery has been successfully handed over, including where age verification has been completed at the door. If a parcel is returned to us because age verification failed at the door, we’ll contact you to arrange a refund or a re-delivery with clearer instructions for the courier.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please see our Returns Policy for exceptions, including opened e-liquids and used devices, which cannot be returned for hygiene and regulatory reasons unless faulty.

Product Compliance

All products are sold in accordance with UK regulations, including the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (TRPR). This includes a maximum nicotine strength of 20mg/ml, a maximum tank/pod capacity of 2ml, a maximum refill bottle size of 10ml, child-resistant and tamper-evident packaging, and required health warnings. Every product we sell is registered with the MHRA. We do not sell single-use disposable vapes, in line with the UK-wide ban in effect since 1 June 2025.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to place orders using false details, on behalf of anyone under 18, or in a way intended to circumvent our age verification checks. We may suspend or cancel accounts, or refuse future orders, where we reasonably believe these terms and conditions have been breached.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that can’t be excluded under UK law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. If you’re a consumer based elsewhere in the UK, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your own local courts under UK consumer protection law.
