Age restriction

All products sold on this site are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Age verification checks are carried out at checkout and on delivery.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please see our Returns Policy for exceptions, including opened e-liquids and used devices, which cannot be returned for hygiene and regulatory reasons unless faulty.

Product compliance

All products are sold in accordance with UK regulations, including the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (TRPR). This includes a maximum nicotine strength of 20mg/ml, a maximum tank/pod capacity of 2ml, a maximum refill bottle size of 10ml, child-resistant and tamper-evident packaging, and required health warnings. Every product we sell is registered with the MHRA. We do not sell single-use disposable vapes, in line with the UK-wide ban in effect since 1 June 2025.
